So this guy just doesn't bother to learn the rules even after 5 months. He has a very wretched T-List History and yesterday (June 9th 2014) He broke many rules and ticked off many players. Sadly no admins were on or could be contacted ( I was busy doing other stuff). In the end Factions came and tlisted him for 2 hours.
