Free shooting that stack thought which hits he while he tries to hit a red guy. He then says the command once and we all get free killed more or less. Gray area I know.

As you can see he was damn close to the stack when he shot us for delaying and clearly the command wasn't good because there were still a lot of us there and it wasn't even a trap....
