The context of a quack day:

-Red is pardoned as long as they don't have a gun
-T's can knife the cts only
-CTs must always be on the floor
-T can not run
-No armory, few other places

As I was KILLED he said no jumping. Never before.... Didn't give time and was trigger happy.

Not a freekill. In the beginning he did mention that Ts can only walk (and this implies no jumping).
