I just said the gamemode needs to be updated. Which is does. Severely. Not sure how that is disrespect. If pointing out a problem that a lot of regular players like myself talk about is disrespect then then forget all the new glorious melee, traits, ect. the newer versions of ZS have to offer. Just feel its appropriate to drive the reminder into your head every time you come around because there has not been a change since the Butcher was added last summer :P

You have demonstrated a very toxic attitude on the server include repeatedly disrespecting everyone by calling them autistic. You have done this multiple times despite my best efforts to tell you to stop. And since you keep rebuying Gold Membership even after it has been stripped 3 or so times now from you you will remain banned until we find a workable solution to prevent you from repurchasing it.

Not everyone. Those who hinder gameplay and my friends, and even then its jokingly. And you haven't said a word to me about that actually. The only one who said anything about it was Impakt who I talked to about it last night and I have since stopped. Since I was addressed by another adviser about that and stopped, that has nothing to do with the events leading to my ban by you..

Also even though this too is completely irrelevant to my ban but I will address it, those were previous invoices. I've done no abuse on my current invoice, so you have no reason to strip my admin.

Has nothing to do with this. Your reason is disrespect not admin abuse. That situation has been since resolved and I have not abused my admin since.

I was stuck due to some shitcading. And even still has nothing to do this ban.

It was a in joke with some players. Not baiting. And not even racist. Your just interpreting it racily which was in fact was the joke so sure whatever. Yet again though, nothing to do with this. I follow the rules regarding racism and remind others all the time and use my powers to punish those who do not. My comments about Obama are irrelevant to this post.

This was before I was addressed by Impakt about the autism comments which I stopped. All comments concerning autism are irrelevant up to 6/15/2014 considering that is when I was addressed and I stopped. If you find any for today then hold me liable otherwise you have no grounds. The rest of those comments were in-jokes with other players. If Im held liable for those then they should be too. Calling you a giant turtle was a gag about you being slow about the updates, but since you weren't on at the time that's low so I apologize for that comment in particular. Concerning the last line that had to do with rule 9 which Sir Kull was complaining about. Which is highly in favor of newer players and sucks for players that can barricade and want to make a profit with their work. Others were also addressing the rule in that fashion.

Butters was mic spaming and everyone was complaining not just me. I didn't gag because you and Impakt were that powers at the time and Impakt later addressed him so that situation resolved itself.

Now for the homosexual thing. Another in-joke. Other than that, its been pointed out that HG ZS has no rules against gay bashing (only racism) unless its pure hatred which is most time up to whatever power is on to address anyway so its rarely addressed. My comments were concerning some stupidity dealing homosexuality over the mic, and was meant to be ironic and if you analyze what was said shows no blunt hatred, only a personal view not aimed at anyone in particular. The comment concerning Marston was a jab at him but it was resolved between us.

You weren't there for 95% of those comments. You don't know the context. Which is something very essential to determining whether it was blatant disrespect or situational humor which a majority of my comments are situational humor unless I'm seriously mad about something concerning the server but I usually take those comments straight to you or another power on the forum via pm.
