Confirmed Idiot Friend of HG To whom this may concern | Don Bigpock (as an officer) broke into my shop without a warrant, took all my items and arrested me. All of this was done without a warrant. During the event Don was inside my shop, he clearly states to a fellow officer to warrant me. He didn't even have proof of the shop selling illegals. I checked all possible loopholes there could have been, none where found. After my arrest time was up, I had received my warrant and I was arrested once more, which adds more proof that Don entered without a warrant. To add on to all this, Don even added a nice comment toward me at the end of the demo. Incident begins around tick 16800. random.dem (13.22 MB) |

Justin Friend of HG After review there was a little crack above the wooden fence and the window where the automatics could be seen. They did have a warrant to search your property. The only wrong that Bigpock did was arrest you without a warrant. In the future when there is a mayor or police chief you need to request a warrant before you arrest someone, the only time you should be arresting people without a warrant is when there is no mayor or police chief in the game. Because you didn't request a warrant on him in the first place it caused that whole mess afterwards where he got re-arrested when he shouldn't have. Bigpock can consider this a warning, next time request a warrant on the player or a blacklist will be in order. | |
