In the demo, he is very clearly cop baiting by ramming us, and around us to trying to get us to chase him. When we did, he simply evaded and made the "well I'm just driving excuse". Also, after I ended my demo, he CDM'd me once I told him I was posting this. I have a witness for that as well. Thanks.

I was racing with a friend of mine, when you brought up (COP baiting) i stopped hitting you. I just continued to enjoy myself in the car. I wasn't cdming anyone, nor did i rdm anyone. I just was playing around with the car, and you also need a screenshot of my rp_status

You need a screenshot of an rp_status of Kamikaze. You get this by opening console, typing rp_status kamikaze (or whatever his name is at the current time) and taking a screenshot of what comes up. Copying and pasting it will not be sufficient proof. 24 hours or disapproved.

Kamikaze you weren't racing anybody... But since the ramming only happened for a short amount of time and he did stop after you mentioned to him the rule about cop baiting this will be disapproved. But kamikaze you can consider this a warning, if there is a future ban report about you cop baiting it will not be only a warning.
