Camping outside city appartments, asked multiple times to move and did not, and on the demo the admin tried to tell me he was AFK but he was getting out of the car watching us and getting back in.

Stanie, you answered by shooting his car, which I dealt with, and I demoted him when I saw he was AFK. This was dealt with in game.
