17. If you are raiding someone, you may not kill them unless they are on their property, or if they are near their property and posing a threat.

I wasn't on my property nor posing a threat.

Also, I would like to add. I killed you multiple times, you shouldn't have been standing there if I had killed you and you had nlr. I'm shown apologizing and calling a medic in the garage video.
