Dee Cee attempting to save Captain Lemonz from getting his gun removed even though they aren't in the same organization, attempts to RDM Zimny but ends up RDMing Captain Lemonz.

The reason Zimny isnt arresting the two with warrants is because Suicides warrant was random and Zimny couldnt arrest Ryan due to NLR.
