Did he reconnect? It's ok to disconnect after you've been tlocked as long as they weren't doing it to reconnect and get back on CT (avoiding the tlock altogether)

Well if he didn't try and reconnect and go CT then not much to be worried about with the disconnect. I don't see a need to tlist him for a single freekill. Accidents happen.
