Random arrest as a cop. Please t-list him. Also i was told they were random shooting at apt 102, idk if you can see that if u drive from start but i think you can.

Just for future reference, tlist is for jailbreak not PERP. You will want to select the blacklist option (Make sure you choose the correct job). Anyways, blacklisted, thanks for the report!
