Was spamming "Happy Birthday" and other bullshit in chat asking to have a "birthday party" over and over. Was asked to stop and continued. Then lead told him he could give orders to lead a birthday party which is against the rules and he knows that obviously but he continued regardless. Then after the actual lead realized he couldn't do this he told all Ts to get back in to the big cage and shortly after Panda jumps down to the entrance yelling "Happy Birthday" and lets the Ts knife him. This is a bad example for all new jailbreak players and other CTs and I take jailbreak very seriously. Should be banned.

If you start around tick 50,000 you'll be able to see Panda (not lead), give false orders for Ts to get on the big cage and some even die as a result. This should be at least a 6hr ban.
