i just watched his demo, lead clearly says all ts freeze and he continues to freelook and step forward.

After a warden says freeze, you have to give them at least 3 seconds to react before it becomes a freekill or if they are red. Warden said freeze at 5:44 and I "freelooked/stepped forward" at 5:42 - 5:41. You shot me at 5:40 and killed me at 5:39. And even though I took "1 step" it was during the 3.0 second mark after the warden gave the order to freeze.

Don't be a freeze nazi.

it says in MOTD dont kill for twitches. you did not twitch you walked forward seconds after he said freeze. i dont see this 3 second rule in motd

by the way, nothing in the motd is set in stone.

Motd also says all admins must give warnings out in admin chat before using any form of punishments, do you see them doing that?

From the looks of the demo, he gave you enough time to freeze.
