I asked him to stop chat spamming and he said "f" you and then used the n word twice, not only in chat, but on mic as well, and then continued to spam. I have a demo and screens. He has played here before and should well know the rules already so he has no excuse for this. thank you for your time.

HE added me on steam and said that his "little bother" or whatever excuse they are using nowadays, got him banned, I told him it's just a 2 day ban but If it happens again it may be bumped up to a perm. At which point he started to spam the n word in chat over and over and over. So he may be unbanned in a day but we may need to keep an eye on this guy for in the future because he doesn't seem to understand the meaning of punsihment or warnings.

His account his responsibility. If he wants to talk to me, tell him to PM on the forums so you don't have to be his messenger.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything about steam chats, but if he continues this in game, he will be punished accordingly.
