If everyone in minigames is getting on your nerves, maybe you shouldn't be playing in there.

Based on the proof of the demo, you didn't warn or kick. There was only one line entered by that user.

Either provide better proof next time or cool it. Just because you have admin doesn't mean you have to use it. Also, considering you're talking without recording your voice in the demo (use voice_loopback 1 in console), you could have been egging on other users in the server.
