What exactly is wrong with having my max fps set to 999 and why would that even be considered scripting?

It's not even your fps_max that's the issue. It's the fact that the amount of jump attempts measured between each landing is either 1 or 2. This indicates you're supposedly using your spacebar, yet your perf rating measures above 50% with an average movement speed near 300 u/s.

That's a script; not unbanned.
