This guy has been freekilling multiple times, and just now I recorded him on demo. I believe a T list would be the correct punishment.

I only see one freekill in the demo (log screenshot attached) and where he freeshot you. Really not worthy of an extended tlist and had an admin been in game, they would (should) have followed the slay/tlock/tlist procedure.
