Keeps spamming votekicks against me and generally being a dick for no good reason. Unfortunately did not talking about "wanting to get banned" in public chat, but it happened over mic.

I dislike having to do this instead of settling it personally and I've personally asked crazy many times to stop but he has refused, so here's a bit of proof. However, I know there are many many more abusive votekicks by him that I do not have screenshotted, as I expected at least some level of respect to my asking of him to stop.

Considering the history (http://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?sf=bid&so=contains&st=0%3A64937510) of him I think this warrants action, but I apologize for not being able to collect more proof of the incidents.
