Breaking rule 3 by inciting a votemap for no legitimate reason. Once map changed he attempted to destroy server population by convincing people to go into a secret room that kills players. Demo too big, uploaded to mediafire (dumbass). Beginning of first demo he tries to get players to vote until end of the demo. second demo (dumbass_2) is when the map changed and he tries to get people to die.
