After seeing him being a trouble maker with his clan mate from: http://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?i=148506-rs-bacon-god,
I did a followup on both of them only to find them being blantantly and offensive racist ON our servers.
ON the other hand, Bacon does not only spam on the mic he spams on the chat.

I think he needs a lot of time to think about how he acts, racism isint only offensive its a federal crime and highly. I have ancestry in the race he targeted. I don't think this should be taken lightly

Other SIMILAR community bans( He never learns, he is indeed a a spammer and is knowingly breaking rules)

The spam , you can see intervals of 1-3 seconds constantly.

Spamming not proven however racism is so ban approved. He doesn't seem to be getting the message with the 3 day bans issued so far so let's try a couple of weeks.

This however is the last chance. Another incident like this and I'll be minded to permaban him.
