Id like to point out, this user at least broke the following rule several times:" Be respectful to everyone! A certain amount of smack-talk is ok, but do not be disrespectful." Honestly, I hope this ban isin't disregarded as It is full of evidence, it provides the clear rules that are broken and links them to real life laws of human rights in which the server should more or less revolve around. He should not be excused as a recruit of hellsgamers as I feel he might be. If this is not at very least an example of uttermost disrespect, id sugguest revising your rules. But at the time, I do feel that he definitely broke that rule and went overboard in his comments.If this was said to an admin id be very supprized if he din't get banned. His stories (which weren't all about your grandfather incidentally) seem to be fictional and should be taken as such. There were a few grey racial items but nothing that really needs anything beyond having a word with him. I note that you did not record any of your replies during this recording using the loopback setting. I know you were talking to each other but I wasn't recording at the time. Next time you should ask him to stop in text chat. I could go on and on but in summary you two need to learn to get along or learn to ignore each other. I will have a word with him. |

Thats sick. I am not intimidated by him, but if your servers promote bullying (verbal abuse) in which is also a federal crime, you are decreasing the reputation of the server. So please tell me what disrespect is , because by definition he far passed that. And as mentioned previously, if somebody said that to you misc, you'd ban him. This is total blatant disrespect. |

Thats sick" What I meant to say is that should not be taken as a joke and fiction is not an excuse. Fiction or not, it is still massively rude and definitly harassment. As by the promotion of bullying, I mean more that this server does not discourage verbal abuse, and does nothing against the disrepect and bullying, thus being there witnessing what is unethical, yet not doing anything about it. The server does not nessarly promote but it contributes and and still holds the server partly responsible in the un-ethical acts as it has the power to stop them but yet does nothing against them. If you disrespected players, I would issue you with a warning before following standard procedure so no, you would not be free to disrespect players either. Harassment is defined as "Aggressive pressure or intimidation". I did not see any evidence of this from one set of recordings. I would ban my best friend on steam if I thought that he had seriously broken a rule. Also, I recommend that you not bend the truth in any further bans or you will become the subject of a warning. As seen in your own screenshot, I told you to ignore him way before you mentioned submitting a report ban. Since I myself participate in screening new members, I can tell you that none of the ban entries there are relevant since none include demos or screenshots. It is HG policy to require proof before taking action against any player (or preventing membership of HG). Fallen has exactly zero valid bans on HG at this moment in time. You can assume all you like but without proof, we will not take action. Also, that last link mentioned regarding a dreamwreck in teamspeak was due to a technical glitch and this was accepted by Jajolt. If you have any concrete evidence of hacking or misbehaviour on other servers then by all means submit proof as a new ban report. |

As for proof, I believed you missed the evident disrespect in the players name, or at very most impersonation of an admin (in which could be a serious offense), This shows one of his characters, If you require, Infact I am very close with many of these communities, and I could attempt to have admins explain the bans to you, as a witness. I mean I understand that HG requires proof, but I hope you understand that the probability of these similar bans being true is extremely high and you should keep a close eye on him as I will also. Also that no matter what, through a simple google querry of his name, HG being linked to these ban reports does infact give bad reputation as the probability of him doing these things are really high. Screenshot provided bellow. Thats What I have so far.He is a trouble maker, and if Im correct, he will continue to do what he does. And he will be caught red handed. Theres already a lead bellow.
