Yes, this is my alt account. I do remember there being a rule that if you are perma banned, which I was, that you can create a new account and if you cause trouble, that is the end of it there is no more new accounts. I even had Audiotape say that he thinks ive been avoiding my ban, I told him I have a new account but there is a rule which you can have a second account if your perma banned. I have him a link to my profile, I believe if it was against the rules he would of banned me. Something I am missing?

That policy is for different things and must be oked and its not universal, That policy does not apply to users banned for what you did.
