While raiding, Don decided to run up without warning, and shoot us. Don was not part of the defender's org. However, I did not get evidence of this, as unlike most people, I don't record 24/7. Don has been trolling my org, following us around constantly.

However, I do have evidence of Don insulting all 3 of us after we died.

No. As I said, I don't record all the time, because I am normally lenient towards things like this. All I have is evidence of him insulting us.
