Okay, here is what I see. First I will address the spam, yes that is spamming and he was warned earlier and a 3 round gag before the ban. Second, as far as disrespect I do not see much. I see him saying badmins, It doesnt look like he targeted you specifically so im not sure why you took it so harshly. Third, that is a word. Implied racism is circumstantial, for instance if you are telling people that the N word is not allowed and then he were to say "well Burnt is a (clever misuse of a word)" then it would be implied. But that is a word and in this instance I can only see him using it in the context it is meant to be used.
