Crappy aimbot. See attached demo. He would toggle occasionally and had some issues due to high ping. Also google his STEAM ID and see he's banned all over the place.

Thanks for taking the demo and making a report. In the future, if you could make longer demos (a few minutes at least) that would make it easier on us to determine what's going on.
