Decline please, I should have kicked instead. Guy was just being an obnoxious asshole yelling out "No balls!" in to the mic constantly, and didn't stop when asked.

I typed the wrong thing in there instead of kick. While I bet he'd come back and be annoying anyways and eventually get banned, we'll never know now.
