sorting through demos - will edit post

EDIT:

In the first demo, he wouldn't stop trolling the player "urgod" after I warned him to knock it off. He kept asking him questions and SPAMMING "no racism". That was towards the end. I kicked him because he should know better.

Next map he wouldn't stop trolling and spamming chat with a phrase that I didn't even say. I told him to stop trolling and he continued so I kicked him again. He came onto the server and did it again so I banned him.
