didnt mean for it to be this long, but racism spamming on mic muted then said it in game... reduce it for a warning ban

All I've got is him getting kicked by me for racism over microphone in the minigames server and he has been going it before that too apperantly.
So 2 hours is alright, he can take a little break.
He knows about our No racism rule.
