Fry Friend of HG Requesting extension from a Division leader. He griefed the 10man by rage quitting causing his team to fight a 4v5 battle. It wasn't just him leaving for a legitimate reason he left solely to grief the team and to make them lose. You can pull the demo from the 10man server I don't have it on me. Please and Thank you. | |

This 10man was an event for a prize and after getting upset with another teammate he decided to ruin it for everyone. I consider that disrespectful and "douchebaggery." I feel like ruining an event for others should be taken more seriously and given a harsher punishment. Again his only intent for leaving was to ruin it for his team. Also like to add that I put money into this event hoping for a fair outcome and I didn't get one all because one player decided to be sour. Also would like to note that after leaving he made a goodbye thread saying "Half of the people don't like me here, I'm just another "squeaker"" http://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?eb=150754&ep=96291 I understand the risk I took by hosting my own event and using my own money but I feel that griefing an event like this shouldn't be let off with a 1 day ban. I made the event for the HG community, I'm not fighting for myself I'm fighting for the team that lost its chance at a fair battle and for a spot that could have gone to someone who wouldn't have quit. BurntHG Veteran First, "no douchebaggery" entails that he is just being completely toxic, mouthing off, etc. Which he was not. | Second, "Dont take the game too serious" of course everyone is taking it seriously because a prize was on the line. Third, "a teammate" is almost the whole team including Mercury, huejay, magicman, who were all provoking this type of action because they were unhappy with the performance of said player. The fact that you are taking it upon yourself to seek out punishment further than said player being banned for 1 week AND being pushed to the point that he is leaving HG is unneeded. This ban will not be extended, and needs to be left alone. As far as the personal vendetta you seem to have against swaggios that also needs to be put aside. Thank you for your interest in this but we have it under control. Edit : swaggios if you want to contest this ban please PM me or another member of leadership. |
