Banned for aimbotting, thank you for the report!

In the future:

1. Please make your demos longer.
2. You MUST record your demos in first person for a hacker. Use the console command "sm_observe playername" (no quotes) to stay on this player while in spectator. In the future, we will not accept a third person demo of a hacker. This is the only time.
3. If you are new to admining, please read our admin guide here: http://hellsgamers.com/topic/79186-admin-training-guide/ - familiarize yourself with the commands and rules that you have as an admin.

The demo is in third person. It shows the correct person, but we need it in first person to see their screen, especially if its not as obvious.
