first recording doesn't show any camping only him opening cells early, and one round where he was in deagle vents. Not added, a temp-lock would be more fitting for this situation

First one shows him in duckhunt alone with no T and all the way up to last guard. That's clearly camping. And hiding in Deagle vents when there's no lead IS CAMPING.

Since when do I need to make two tlist reports of the person doing the same thing in order for a tlist to go through?

The Demo shows lead is dead, Kush runs into Pool and goes into Duckhunt back and forth all the way until last guard.
