my history of bans was months ago. that should not contribute to this ban.
most of which are black lists and not actual bans

Whether or not they were a couple months ago, a history is a history and they aren't all blacklists. You've been giving many chances to learn from your mistakes and from watching the demo, there is literally no reason for you to even concern yourself with what they are doing, yet alone spray them down with an Uzi. Hopefully with this little bit of time off, you will understand that we don't tolerate rule breakers on any of our servers and I would advise you read the MOTD and laws/rules of PERP the next time you log on. The next time, it will be longer.
