He disrespects server rules, though he knows them. He has been gagged several times and kicked for racism and mic spamming constantly. I have a demo of this incident but it is too large to leave on this thread. Staff/+ can msg me, so I can send it to them it.

In this demo I tell him more then once to stop the useless spamming. He does this throughout the game.
