Friend of HG | We were in Gmod Zombie Survival server house outbreak map. I placed my arsenal crate in the 2nd floor bathroom in a spot that does not obstruct barricading. He ordered me to remove my crate to place his own. He incited other people in the game to press shift key to remove my crate. He tried it twice and second time, he managed to place his crate in place of mine. At the same time, other people in the game defended his action, insulting me at the same time. There was no reason for him to remove my crate since it was not blocking barricades. Please take action and ban this bully. Thank you. |
Friend of HG | You have no basis in which to defend your argument. Here is proof straight from the cader himself. I QUOTE: 1) "i did, behind the glass aprt" 2) "but, i couldnt put down a crate" 3) "we needed it, or we'd just sit in there and die" 4) "so i asked her to move it" 5) "but they didnt and the zombie were coming" http://gyazo.com/b1f7329eab1a292d2ad2f37042970189 I'd also like to point out that you have a long good history of repeated harassement of many players on the server, especially HG members for "Crate whoring"; the fact inevitably remains that in actuality we don't. We are usually the ones who can make any actual decent cade on the server aside from the few non-HG players and we usually place the crates in order to gain any amount of points as we are the ones making the cade. You accuse us of crate whoring but you argue about it every time you don't get the spot even though you do not attempt to make a barricade of any form. You repeatedly call for votekicks/votezlists if the cade is not good in your inexperienced opinion. Unfortunately, I do not have a recording or screenshot of that time on house outbreak. |
Friend of HG | http://prntscr.com/5tt84c I dont see why you are calling us "noobs" and "fuckers" just because you didnt got arsenal spot, you need to have a loadout ready first and as well a good internet that doesnt make you lag like you say. |
Friend of HG | Might I also add to web's argument with the understanding that you load in slower if you set your graphics settings on higher. For example, setting textures from high to medium vastly affects load in time. The problem isn't just your internet connection. Assuming it is decent, you can blame your computer for loading in so slowly. |
Friend of HG | Roflwaffle you are not allowed to claim the area yours. Asking for players to remove an arsenal just to place your own is against the rules. Thanks 5000 foot. |
Friend of HG | I see that the ban, in the end, was approved by Azona, despite the in-game discussion that ensued between myself, Atrocity, Webflashing and Celestia (I don't remember Azona being there. If not, was he apprised of the situation? Seems a bit concerning that an administrator would act at his own discretion without first consulting the other members of his team). Some corrections to Azona's version of the event, which may very well just be Celestia's: I only asked Celestia to relocate the crate to somewhere so that we could have one in the partition as well, not to replace her's with mine. Apparently she didn't hear me. Other players, who I can't remember at the moment, took it upon themselves to move the crate some point after that initial request. Anyway, had Azona been there/been apprised of the situation, he would have realized that the reason we needed a crate behind that glass partition was that was where the barricade was located, and that if we didn't have a crate in it after the first barricade went down, then we would all have died. Is taking a round of Zombie Survival seriously, and trying to win, as opossed to simply placing your crate/resupplies/turrets down wherever you please, with no regard to the barricades built, against the rules? Is it behavior that warrants a ban? Is there a rule that explicitly prohibits this situation - I have seen the rules at a prior time, but for all I know this was a recent addition. I can't even see whether this is the case right now because, of course, I am banned. I don't need to say anything about Celestia's tenure at the server because you can ask anyone else, certainly Atrocity and others, just what sort of player they are. When you make a decision to take one person's word over the others, you are doing more than enforcing a particular rule. You are making a decision about what kind of a community you want at your servers. Most of the admins at ZS appear to have the right attitude about this. I can wait the additional 42 minutes before going back onto the server, at this point it's more about the principle of the matter. I am confused about the whole situation - and especially confused at Azona's arbitrary and baseless decision to extend the period of the ban from 2 hours to 19 hours. |
Friend of HG | Thank you for clearing things up Azona. I do relocate my crate if it gets in the way of barricades. I played zombie survival for a while now, and know approximately how much room most cades takes up. I'll go enjoy the game and I hope no one tries to claim the area as theirs and incite other people to move an existing crate to place their own. |
Friend of HG | I believe roflwaffle has been unfairly banned, and there is a reason for which I claim so. >Under rule #20, any action that causes population loss is a violation of our ZS rules. We needed an arsenal crate in the very back in order to use it and survive instead of being sitting ducks with no way to purchase ammo. >Celestia's crate placement was wrong such that the area of affect around the crate did not allow roflwaffle to place his crate in the better position. This is NOT area claiming in the least as roflwaffle is protected by rule #20. Might I add that in the event that roflwaffle COULD have placed it in the far back, it would have been exposed to the fast zombie attacks and lead to the inevitable breaking of the arsenal crate. I repeat: there was a LEGITIMATE reason as to why the Celestia's crate needed to be moved. >From my understanding of the bathroom layout, there are multiple ways to place multiple crates. Since celestia's crate was in the bad position FIRST, it needed to be moved in order for roflwaffle to place his arsenal TO THE VERY VERY BACK. THEN, Celestia may be able to place an arsenal crate relatively close to the original spot in which it would not affect either crate's performance. If Celestia could not, the problem therein lies with OTHER arsenal crates and THEY are at fault. >Might I add that roflwaffle does not need to "Cratewhore" as I can attest that he is a top-tier ZS player who has 1) experience 2) knowledge 3) points such that he does not need to what you falsely claim as "crate whoring". In fact, your blatant insistence for buying an arsenal crate every round and placing it in obvious places to cade at before the cader even builds a cade is considered crate whoring at its finest - you are in no way helping the cader 1) make some points or 2) help the cader MAKE the cade. >PLEASE keep in mind that arsenal crates may be proftable, but it is almost always much more profitable to actually play ZS, buy a good gun, and aim. >>>Finally, I would like to offer roflwaffle my sincerest apologies for failing to prevent a ban on you. It was my fault for believing I could convince the Division Staff(s) what was going on and who was in the right. I'm very sorry. |
Executive Council | HGBans is not a discussion thread. Its purely here for bans and unban requests. Unless you are contributing actual evidence as in a screenshot or demo then keep out. Ban is expired. ~Locked |
