I know you don't normally ban people without demos or screenshots, but I was checking the awards from yesterday for Iceworld DM and one item caught my eye. This guy had a kill streak of 128. Checking his stats for the server, he's played for a grand total of 18 minutes in two sessions and has a record of 1,035 - 17. He was racking up 45+ kills per minute. I would think that was a pretty good indication that he was hacking.

I mention this because in that 18 minutes that he's played, he has moved into 2nd place on the server. That means a player is going to get cheated out of VIP access because of this person. You can find his player page at: http://hellsgamers.gameme.com/playerinfo/6399736

Even if he did, he would not be banned off of his stats per CD+ policy. The only thing that this report would do is draw attention towards him and maybe make people more aware if they were to see him ingame.
