He said the n word in-game and he got automatically kicked by me. then he poked me on team-speak and started arguing that i just wanted to use my powers for sole purposes and etc. he obviously doesn't get the point that he cant use racism in our servers. excuse the demo i was afk most of the time i just happened to catch him when he said the racist term.

Just because you think it's a "joke" or you think you're cool because you're a recruit does not exempt you from the rules of our community. Everyone else has to abide by them, so do you, especially as a recruit. You should be making a good example of yourself as a recruit to show us that you are ready to become and should become a member of our community, not pulling off stunts like this. This is your warning, no racism on our servers or the next time, you will be demoted. Thanks for the report.

Talked to in TeamSpeak, understands the concept of using derogatory terms on HG servers and the ban will be reduced. Don't let it happen again.

i shall refrain from using the n-word. and harley, do remember that the process is warning, then kick, then ban. it is not kick them for the first offense and then 1 hour later decide to ban them. this was not a repeated offense and should not have been met with a ban. do keep that in mind if you become a mod. i think you will be a fine mod, you just have to be a little more lax and remember the process.

You are correct, our procedure is warn, kick, ban for issues and she did bypass the warning but in your case, you blantantly said the phrase and then admitted to doing it as if you were somehow proud and became cooler for saying it. You being a recruit, there shouldn't have been any of this going on in general but her kicking you was her version of your warning. As I have said before and as we talked about, racism is not tolerated in HG nor will it ever be, no matter how you meant for it to be interpreted. Derogatory words are still derogatory words and should not be used on the server. Also, she did not ban you, she sent a ban request on you as per my request and I acted as I saw fit. I hope we never have to have this issue happen again and I will be locking this report. Thank you.
