This user was on the server for not very long and then just randomly said in chat, "HARPOON GAMING IS BETTER THAN THIS S**T SERVERE" (And I quoted him spelling "server" like that exactly xD) I just thought right away that this was a form of disrespect towards the community and also advertising of another network, "Harpoon Gaming."

If an admin had been on, we would've asked him not to advertise other servers... warn/kick/ban. If that's all then...disapproved.
