cosmic told me i could ban up to 2h without proof. what happened was people were just getting killed by prop_physics, so after the first one i thought oh, maybe it was an accident. then more and more people started getting killed. i knew that the chairs in buffalo from abandoned mall could be used to propkill, so i went to look there. i saw haugen trying to throw them at people, so i said stop. i went on with my buisness, but more and more people were dying from this, and he had already been warned once. about 7 people in total died from this, so i went back to buffalo and surely enough, he was still throwing the chairs. i banned him for 2 hours.
