no spread/recoil, not sure of the difference

he's using m249 which I know very well

with sv_showimpacts 1 all his para shots are BS, but go to tick 60,500 and watch when he goes in b and sprays a whole clip through the door.
I tried to replicate this myself on a self-created server and could not.
