Few people speced him i was unable to record him in time but there is a recording being put up by another player i got to observe him for a bit and it seems like either wallhacking or triggerbot.

There are two demo's recorded... his aim is fast, near the end of this first video is where he jumps out a window and proceeds to shoot at someone without the ability to see him..

this second video has some fishy things as well... quite a few pre firing.. a little too often.. after we called him on his prefire he presumed to prefire most corners

I have been around for a long time and a lot of elite players know me, I m rank 1 on Warlords crackhouse as we speak....this is pretty ridiculous, Insane is just a bad player and he was upset that I had owned him, sitting in spec and crying about hacks, and the admin listens? Please have someone with proper knowledge of the game look at this and remove this ban.

Neither of these demos show conclusive evidence of triggerbot or wallhacking.

Most of his prefires/preaims are consistent and justifiable.

While some of his sprays, shots, and aimings seem random, there is not enough evidence to ban him for cheating.

I will have one or two of my Staff members review these demos, and get their opinions. However, as for right now, the ban will be disapproved pending further review, as there is not enough evidence for myself to want to let the ban continue.

I wasnt sure on this one hard to say, i dont have experience with hacks because i dont hack so i left it up to higher up admins to make the decision. Now that I know what the verdict is I can let the other players know he is not cheating. I am sorry illa it will not happen again.

Thanks Tex I appreciate it, there was a bunch of people whining about me hacking so I understand why you took the precaution. See you in the servers!

After multiple reviews by myself and Staff members, the proof within the demos has been ruled inconclusive.

In the future, tex, if you are unsure whether or not a player is hacking, make a web report, don't ban them ingame. You should also not be taking the word of other players just because they say that they are hacking. You should also be collecting your own proof, not just banning someone after being assured by another player that they have conclusive proof.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience illa. I hope to see you in our servers still.
