Talked to Rise Above in Teamspeak. Knows what he has done and gone through the ropes with him of "possibly" promoting fire + spamming a bind key in chat. Please, in the near future, avoid to press your bind key too fast (usually spamming it 3+ is a nono even every other round or within 1-2 rounds) as it will lead to spam and possible long round gags/possibly kicked. As for promoting fire, you are entitled for your own reasons to fire someone but do not promote/abuse the fire command (ex. !fire this guy). In this case, it was really no promotion at all.
