I was wrongfully blacklisted, I ran over suicide in the left side of the [b]road[b] because I was being raided and the right of the road was blocked off by a medic van 10 feet behind him. I was speeding at over 100mph trying to get to my base and he was sitting there AFK, and without warning, or him even seeing the conditions under which I ran him over he blacklisted me for a day. He didn't any conditions since he was completely turned around, and when confronted by fallen he said that three people said that I made no attempt to stop. He was wrong in three ways overall:

1.From simply using hearsay as proof.
2.Not warning me.
3.blacklisting me for running him over in the road and him not noticing there was a medic van blocking the opposite side of the road.

Nope. You blatantly ran me over on the left side of the road. Another admin was also watching and you blatantly went out of your way to hit me. I didn't accept hearsay, I got admin logs from another admin that shows you hit me, as well as another admin watching. You didn't turn around to say sorry, or attempt to stop, or try to finish me, anything.

First of all, you did accept hearsay you reviewed no proof of how I ran you over without seeing what the conditions were, you did not see it, another admin did; that admin should have taken it into there hands, not you. I didn't turn around and say sorry because as I said I was being raided. Also it can't be out of my way if there is a medic van obstructing the opposite side of the road. If I hit it, my car would have exploded. Next time you shouldn't punish people for running you over while you're AFK in the middle of the road.
