Usually I'm too lazy to submit reports against random cheaters in public servers, but this guy was blatantly locking onto people while having the nerve to deny it. Also he's ranked 2nd on the server.

Im glad you contributed proof, because otherwise their would not have been enough proof to ban this player. Consider him gone
