Me and Burnt told Sleaze to comment on his ban report that you linked and he never came to appeal. Therefore, his attitude will never change and will continue to this behavior (which we do not tolerate). Extended, he can come explain HERE if he wants it to be reduced. Thank you!

I was banned on my main account and i felt really sad so i bought another one which i used for good but then i have gotten banned again this time it was cause i was fired and 1 person was knifing me and 1 was tazering me at the electrical chair so i shot at the one knifing me which killed the one behind him. I am sure that i will be a good guard and lead once a while and use my powers to use guns appropriately

Sleaze, no one tried to knife you if and they did they would've turned red and you could've shot them, but no one tried to knife you meaning no one was red and that's why in console it says "POSSIBLE FREEKILL". Yes, we were pressing the button to kill you but the orders was to "Go to echair and if you press the button I'll be disappointed in you." NOWHERE did he say not to press the button or we will be shot, so that gives you no obligation to shoot anyone. Even if he said that we would be shot, that would be shooting stack, which is another no-no you did. If the staff allow you to come back to CT (they are very generous) then I suggest you read the rules because you've done this on two accounts now.
