Joined the server, got reports of a guy continously talking/mic spamming over lead/freekilling.

Joined the server, player was micspamming/talking over lead.
Proceeded to mute him for 1 round.
Player started to freekill prisoners in their cells (raging I suppose).
T listed player for 120 min.
Player disconnected.
