This is evidence for the ban of $HREK. He was found Bodyblock Meleeing the Nether after Warning and a Kick.

Disapproved. The general warning that you issued to all players was before the player finished connecting.

Note that in future your bans will be automatically disapproved unless you provide tick numbers for demos larger than a couple of megabytes. You can play a demo back in TF2 by hitting Shift+F2 to load the demoui. Then load your demo and play it back. The tick numbers will display on the demoui.
