Disrespect to players + staff!

**NOTE** This player banned is a separate account from an original as of where he started the disrespect so I'd like this ID banned also (STEAM_0:1:101653564).

Demo ticks: (This ban will carry across 2 demos given that I stopped the 1st one thinkint that he left for good but noticed he came back from a different account and name).
-3.7k ticks, I explained what he was doing.
-5.4k ticks, he tells Izzyberry to shutup.
-7.2k ticks, he starts being a wise-ass and questiioning if I will "gag" him.
-7.6k ticks, muted.
-8k ticks, called me a "f**k boi" in chat.
-8.5k ticks, warning for disrespect to staff.
-11k ticks, talks in chat w/ all caps (kind of irrelavent to this matter).
-15k ticks, more disrecpect in chat.
-15.9k ticks, gagged.
-36k ticks, disconnect (next demo).

-300 ticks, joey says "I'm still jenkins though."
