Player lagged when ever an enemy got close by or was about to shoot. Teleported across our screens and i went spec to see what's up. He rank perfectly fine till a enemy got close by. Wasn't sure if it was a lag switch or what. Sirius told me to post here.

From watching the demo it just looks like he caught a lag spike once and the rest looks pretty normal so I'm going to disapprove this.
