ok I belive i should not be banned because that was my fist violation and i have never done anything. Also i thought i heard a different order

It was your first violation sure, but you don't shoot into a stack of people (considering I was in the stack too) without hearing the orders first. Leaving to avoid punishment is something fishy as well. I'll be a nice dude and reduce it but next time you do this, a proper extension of a t-list will be forced upon.
