Dude shoots me right outside of solitary as lead is telling us to go to big cage. I slayed him for freekilling and he starts to argue with me. I tell him he was wrong and that he needs to stop arguing with me and just own up to what he did. He continues to argue so I kicked him from the server. He comes back in and starts going on a tirade about admins abusing and how it was stupid that he was slayed because if he had freekilled he would have killed himself. RedDevil was in the server at the time and I cleared it with him to ban Rusty for ignoring and disrespecting admins and he said since I had already kicked him to go for it.

extended for a bit, but only 12 hours since the disrespect was very minor.

Correct; the key words there are "as lead is telling us to go to big cage." The lead said "All Ts I want you to run and," and you were far outside of solitary so I shot you. What if he said "get inside of solitary?" At the point in time I killed you, there were no orders given. If you will see what -hg- whales said in the dialogue you posted, you will see that he is in agreement with me and you were not free killed. Like I said in game, you made a mistake. Be a man and own up to it instead of abusing your admin and slaying people doing the right thing because you're having a hissy fit.

And when I came back after you kicked me, I was not even talking to you after I told you to post a video. I was discussing it with someone else entirely when you banned me, and was not arguing with you.

And I get my ban extended while I'm responding?

I was discussing my slaying with the person who slayed me. There was no disrespect. Just because someone pays $15 a month doesn't make them infallible (clearly from this instance). You guys are being a little ridiculous.

rustyT has been talked to, since there wasn't really any disrespect going on (stayed polite), only banworthy offense was keeping things going in the server instead of taking it to hgbans/abuse reports, the 2 hour ban is more than enough.
Shouldn't happen again.
